​​With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and talent strategy, I help businesses build high-performing teams that support growth, resilience, and long-term success. My approach is rooted in sector expertise, a deep understanding of team dynamics, and a commitment to building partnerships that last.

I began my career in IT recruitment with the SThree Group, covering the Thames Valley, where I developed a consultative, solutions-led approach to hiring. I then spent 15 years at Michael Page, supporting start-ups, SMEs, and large corporates, particularly within finance, through periods of change, growth, and transformation. Progressing in a highly meritocratic environment, I was consistently recognised as a top achiever, which reflects not just performance, but a deep commitment to delivering meaningful results for clients.

After relocating to Cambridge and taking time out to raise my two daughters, I returned to work in a new regional context. I quickly became a trusted advisor to local Cambridge businesses, built on strong relationships, local insight, and a people-first mindset that resonates with Cambridge’s collaborative business community.

I’ve also led recruitment for an award-winning luxury care provider during its commissioning phase, managing the full hiring process to meet CQC standards. More recently, I supported a serviced apartment business with its growth strategy, building corporate relationships and helping clients navigate employee relocations with tailored accommodation solutions.

Across all roles, I’ve worked closely with business owners, HR leaders, and hiring managers to provide honest advice, act as a sounding board, and deliver recruitment solutions that align with long-term business objectives.
